Rooms That Borrow the Ground
Landscape should be more than a view framed from inside; it should alter the plan itself.

Plan from the terrain
A site is not a neutral field waiting for a diagram. Grade, drainage, existing shade, and the direction of walking already produce an order. The most convincing plans begin by making that order more legible.

Landscape continues the room
When the ground plane is allowed to enter a project, walls can become retaining edges, roofs can extend a canopy of trees, and the view outside stops behaving like scenery. The building becomes one instrument within a larger field.
